Prices include all meals, and a $50 gratuity per person.

*The prices listed below are valid with a deposit payment received by May 1st and full payment received by December 31, 2012.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

Shared Bath (Daisy, Elm, Kaufman)
All rooms share bathrooms located in the hallway.
$1450 per person (Prices will rise to $1400 after May 1st)

Semi-Private Bath (Blue Heron, Maple, Cedar)
Two rooms share a bathroom located between them.
$1499 per person (Prices will rise to $1550 after May 1st)

Traditional Private Bath (Pine)
Each room has its own bathroom.
$1850 per person (Prices will rise to $1999 after May 1st)

Deluxe Private Bath (Scheuer)
Each room has its own bathroom.
$1999 per person (Prices will rise to $2099 after May 1st)

Premium Private Bath (Weinberg, May)
Double occupancy with private baths. Newest rooms, located closest to the main building.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY

CHILDREN'S RATES (Sharing a room with 2 adults)

Children under 3: $150
Children 3 - 5: $600
Teens 13 - 16: $800

PARTIAL STAYS

Registration for Partial Stays will open February 2013. Based upon availability, Partial Stays will be offered as 3-night minimums, $650/person for first three nights, $600/person for the last three nights, and $150/person for each additional evening.

Transportation

Airport shuttle from or to Hartford costs $50 per person, each way.
Train shuttle from or to Wassaic costs $15 per person, each way.
Bus to and from New York City costs $70 round trip.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All registration forms are subject to approval and a deposit of $100 per person is required and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Registration forms and deposit must be received by Tuesday May 1, 2012 in order to insure a space in the program at pricing listed above. Full payment is expected no later than December 31, 2012.

There is an additional $275 fee for cancelations after February 1, 2013. You will lose 50% of the total fee if you cancel after March 1, 2013. There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 20, 2013.
