Once we were slaves in Egypt… and now we are free to celebrate Passover surrounded by the beautiful foothills of the Berkshire Mountains.

On our organic farm, you can participate in hands-on activities and visit with our family of over 20 goats. Take a boat ride on Lake Miriam or a hike up a mountainside trail. Come learn more about our farm and the eco-kosher food movement.

Enjoy delicious, farm-fresh, glatt kosher meals expertly prepared by Chef Richard Neff and his team and carefully overseen by qualified mashgichim under the hashgacha of the Hartford Kashrut Commision.

In addition to sederaim (seders) and shiurim (classes), you can listen to lectures on the issue of modern-day slavery and learn how to get involved in the effort to stop it. After this spiritual and intellectual stimulation, relax and listen to a live musical performance by Laura Wetzler, join in a Jewish short stories book club, or learn to make chocolate truffles.
