2010 ADAMAH Fellowship Application
Application deadline
Applications for 2010 Fellowships are accepted on a rolling basis. We recommend that you submit your application for summer by March; by April for fall.
Application process and submission guidelines
- DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION PACKAGE AND READ IT COMPLETELY. This Application Package includes Essay Questions, a Certification Page, a Health Form, a Financial Aid Request Form and a Reference Form to be completed by 2 references.
- FILL OUT ALL THE PRELIMINARY APPLICATION QUESTIONS BELOW.
- EMAIL PARTS 1 – 3 (your Essay Questions, Health Form, Financial Aid Request Form if applicable) AND A 1-PAGE RESUME to Shamu Fenyvesi Sadeh. (If you do not have access to email contact Shamu at 860-824-3003 x1 to make other arrangements). Your attached file name should use the following format: first name, last name, application season 2010 (ie, Anna_Hanau_Summer2010 or Shamu_Sadeh_Fall2010).
- MAIL YOUR SIGNED CERTIFICATION PAGE to: Shamu Sadeh, ADAMAH, 116 Johnson Road, Falls Village CT 06031.
- HAVE YOUR 2 REFERENCES EMAIL OR MAIL their Reference Forms to Shamu at shamu@isabellafreedman.org or to the address above. Forms may be mailed or emailed. If sent by email, please name files using the following format: First Name Last Name Reference (ie, Anna Hanau Reference).
- ALUMNI CONTACT. Upon receipt of your application, we will send you contact information for Adamah alumni, whom you should contact for information about the program before you have an interview.
- INTERVIEW. Once we have received your application and references, we’ll contact you to set up an interview. We prefer if you can come to Falls Village to interview in person on-site, however we can also set up a phone interview.
